What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 100 units per design. For multi-design orders, we can discuss flexible arrangements.
How long does it take to produce samples?
Sample production takes 7-10 days after design confirmation. Shipping adds 3-5 days depending on location.
What customization options do you offer?
We offer logo printing, color customization, material selection, packaging design, and more. Contact us for full details.
Do you provide design support?
Yes! Our design team can help with logo placement, color matching, and packaging design at no extra cost.
What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T, L/C, and PayPal. Typically 30% deposit before production, 70% before shipment.
Can I visit your factory?
Absolutely! We welcome factory visits. Our company is in Shenzhen and our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Contact us to schedule.
